Graduate student of Computer Science.

Wei Huang was born in a little town of Fujian, China. He spent his childhood there until he went to University of Science and Technology of China for his undergraduate program. In 1999, Wei got his bachelor degree of computer science and came to USA. Now, he is graduate student of Computer Science Department at Iowa State University.

The research interests of Wei include Artificial Life, Networking and Multimedia. For now, he is focusing on Cellular Automata for self-replication processes. Based on this system, he hopes to find the ways to solve some problems in Computer Science and learn more about adaptive behaviors in self-organization systems.

When Wei has spare time, he likes to go out for traveling and enjoys the beautiful scenery of nature. What is more, he also loves sports such as badminton, soccer and Tennis.
